Great stuff Tom. I really like that toffee brown colour in the Labour Union pic. Would like to see that option more often - tends to be either beige or olive. Or then people go wild with lemon or raspberry…

On fatigues - I really like the range offered by Community Clothing but I bought a pair of navy chinos from their first season and wasn’t wildly impressed by how they washed. Tempted to go back in the hope they’ve improved.

I recently bought a pair of the relaxed fit chinos in navy from Community Clothing and they are a mixed bag in my experience. The cut is good, higher waisted which can hard to find and works better for tucking a shirt in. But the material is odd, a heavy weight cotton which is stiff and looks sort of faded even before the first wash. They might improve over time like jeans, but they are definitely more like work wear than dresser chinos. Hebtroco have just released some chinos which are more expensive, but in my experience it is worth going up a price point from CC if you can.

Thanks Dave. Aye - I’ve seen the Hebroco ones right enough. They look great. Would also salute Universal Works offering.

Thanks to your recommendation I picked up a pair on eBay- from the same store you had screenshotted coincidentally. They arrived today and loving them! Also got up a pair of the US officer pants from Olderbest recently which have been great, really nice quality for the price in my opinion.
